Everybody gets to buy a bag. No exceptions.

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard courts and regulators generally use, and it is the one we measure ourselves against.

We are not claiming we have got there. Parts of this site meet it and parts do not yet. The rest of this page says which is which.

• Every part of the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and where you are is always visible.
• Anything that moves — the scrolling banner, the product clips — can be stopped, and stops on its own if your device asks for reduced motion.
• Text and background colours are checked against the contrast levels the guidelines set.
• Images carry text descriptions, and headings are structured so a screen reader can navigate the page rather than read it start to finish.
• The site works at larger text sizes and on a phone.

Being straight with you is more useful than a badge:

• The 3D bike viewer on the product pages is visual and does not yet have a full text equivalent. Everything it tells you is also written on the page, and we would rather talk you through fitment on the phone than have you fight with it.
• Some parts of the site come from our shopping platform and third-party tools, and we do not control all of that code. We raise problems with those vendors when we find them.
• We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. We intend to.
