Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders over $50.

When your order ships
Orders received by 1:00 pm PT ship in one business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm PT ship in two business days. You'll get tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What arrives together
Your rail, hardware and one bag ship together in one box. A second bag ships in its own box.

Damaged shipments
Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If the damage is visible at delivery:

1. Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and have the driver sign it.
2. Keep all packaging materials.
3. Email support@deadbolt.net to request a Damage Notification Form.
4. Complete the form and return it to us within five days.

If you find damage after opening the box, open and inspect your order within five days of delivery, then follow steps 2 to 4. Carriers usually won't accept damage claims after five days.

Please don't refuse a damaged delivery. Accept it, note the damage, and contact us.
