Our rails are designed and manufactured in the USA. Each one starts as solid billet aluminum and is precision-machined on HAAS CNC equipment, so tolerances stay consistent from rail to rail.
This version is finished in triple-layer chrome. The rails and back plates are engineered for quick on and off, which is the part that sets DEADBOLT apart.
Fits Low Rider, Low Rider S, Low Rider ST, Heritage, Street Bob, Softail Standard, Softail Slim, Sport Glide, Deadwood and Super Glide. Bolts on once, and every DEADBOLT bag drops onto it.

Rails are cut for specific Harley models, so check the year and model listed on this page before you order.
If your bike is not listed, or you are not certain, email info@deadbolt.net with your year and model and we will tell you straight.
Do I have to drill into my bike?
No. Your bike already has the holes. The rail uses the mounting points the factory put there, two bolts a side, and that is the whole job.
If you spotted a power tool in our video, that is a screwdriver gun driving those two bolts. Not a drill.
Does this rail fit every Deadbolt bag?
Yes. Every bag we make is built around the same plate, so it drops onto any Deadbolt rail and locks.
Do I need one for every bike?
Yes, one rail per bike. Rail up more than one and the same set of bags moves between them.
Can I leave the rail on with no bag?
That is how most riders run it. The rail sits flush against the frame and is made to stay there.

Don't forget the f*ckin' bag. That is the fun part.
A rail on its own is a very nice bracket. The bag is the part you fill, lock, and carry inside at the end of the ride. One rail takes every one of them.
